RouzeIQ is a competitive intelligence and AI sales coaching platform operated by Rouze LLC. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our platform at rouzeiq.ai.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
Account Information — When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
Competitor Data — You provide competitor names, websites, and career page URLs. Our system then collects publicly available information about those competitors from news sources, job boards, review sites, and public web pages.
Usage Analytics — We collect data about how you interact with RouzeIQ, including pages visited, features used, Godwyn coaching sessions, deal outcomes logged, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the product.
Payment Information — When you subscribe, payment details (credit card numbers, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Device and Browser Data — We collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type through server logs and analytics tools.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- Provide the Service — Deliver competitive intelligence signals, generate AI-powered briefings, run Godwyn coaching sessions, and send daily email digests.
- Improve the Product — Analyze usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and build new capabilities. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models.

- Process Payments — Manage your subscription, process charges, and handle billing inquiries through our payment processor.
- Security — Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to your account.
